Our trip to brazil 2013

During the christmas holidays we together with our family made a trip to brazil! We had some relatives living there so it was mainly to come pay them visit and spend time together. But the trip became so much more then that! We travelled for almost 30 hours in total to get to a little city in the south of Brazil called "Buzios", very charming and not as touristy as most cities in Brazil. (We were basically the only blond haired people there haha) The beaches were very nice,the water was cristal-clear filled with all sorts of colored fishes! the weather was incredible and sometimes unbearably hot! The restaurants were great, although we all at some point got food poisoned... I recommend to strongly stay away from raw meet or fish, when traveling abroad! We stayed in Buzious for about 2,5 week, spending the last days before the school start in Rio de Janeiro. It was an amazing city! with tall buildings combined with high mountains and long beaches! The shopping was good aswell, and the food was fantastic! overall the trip to brazil was an amazing experience! and I definitely recommend it :)


Under julhelgen åkte vi tillsammans med vår familj ner till Brasilien ! Vi har några släktingar som bor där så det var främst för att besöka dem och tillbringa tid tillsammans. Men resan blev så mycket mer än så! Vi reste i nästan 30 timmar totalt att kom till en liten stad i södra Brasilien som hette " Buzios " , mycket charmig och inte alls lika turistisk som de flesta sstäderna i Brasilien .( Vi var i stort sett de enda blonda där haha ) Stränderna var jätte härliga , vattnet var kristallklart medalla sorters olika färg-glada fiskar! vädret var otroligt och ibland olidligt varmt ! Restaurangerna och maten var jätte bra , även om vi nästan alla någon gång under resan blev mat förgiftade ... Jag rekommenderar därför starkt att hålla sig borta från raw food, typ fisk , när du reser utomlands ! Vi stannade i Buzious i ca 2,5 vecka , och sen spendera vi de sista dagarna innan skolan började i Rio de Janeiro . Det var en fantastisk stad ! med höga byggnader kombinerat med höga berg och långa stränder ! Shoppingen var bra också , och maten var fantastisk ! over-all så var resan till Brasilien en fantastisk upplevelse som jag definitivt rekommenderar!

Breakfast in Palma

'Morning readers! Today when I woke up, I had this feeling that I really wanted to make a delicious, but also a very healthy breakfast, so I made one. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, avocado, leek, tomato, ham, parmesan cheese and on top of the vegetables - vinaigrette and pepper. On the side, I made a vanilla cappuccino with whipped cream. It was a really nice morning to sit outside in the sun eating the breakfast and watching the beautiful view of Palma.

Go'morgon läsare! Idag när jag vaknade hade jag den där känslan av att jag verkligen ville göra en god, men också en mycket hälsosam frukost, så jag gjorde en. Frukosten var äggröra, avokado, purjolök, tomat, skinka, parmesanost och på toppen av grönsakssalladen - vinägrett och peppar. På sidan gjorde jag en vanilj cappuccino med vispgrädde. Det var en riktigt härlig morgon att sitta ute i solen äta frukost och titta på den vackra utsikten över Palma.

We (Alice and Louise) thought it would be a good idea to not only have a tumblr where we post pictures etc, but also a blog where we would let you guys know what we are up to during the day and where we would share our thoughts about different things! so we will try this out for a while and see how it works out!
